Our Rates

Our nightly rate includes a stay of up to 10 people

You can add a maximum of 5 additional guests (including children) 

$20 dollars per additional guest per night.

Children under 2 stay free

*No more than 15 people including children are allowed at the property*

To request a booking we require 50% of your stay.

To finalize a reservation a deposit of $150 dollars and the balance of the stay is required 7 days before your visit.  

 The deposit will be refunded in full 24 hours after departure, it is subject to inspection of the property and confirmation that no significant damages or violations of house rules have occurred.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

There are no refunds after 30 days, only rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the stay are non-refundable, and do not include the option to reschedule.

Although our cancellation policy is firm, if someone else books the same dates, we will be happy to offer a rescheduling.
