Our nightly rate includes a stay of up to 10 people

*No more than 10 people (including children) are allowed at the property*

Minimum of 2 nights during high season or holidays

Booking a reservation ​​​

To request a booking we require 100% of your stay.

To finalize a reservation a refundable deposit is required 7 days before your visit.  

 The deposit will be refunded in full 24 hours after departure, it is subject to inspection of the property and confirmation that no damages or violations of house rules have occurred.

Cancellation Policy 

​

There are no refunds or returns under any circumstances.  However, we offer the option to reschedule your stay if requested at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the stay can not be rescheduled.
